TOC is a year-end conference for high school students that showcases the best advanced delegates competing in Model UN. This challenges delegates to work together with their peers — delegates who are passionate about solving world issues and experienced in research, speaking, debating, negotiating, writing, and leadership skills. Every delegate participating must have received an award at a Qualifying Conference to enter TOC (see below for details). This is a high school level conference, but any advanced delegate ages 11-18 may register.
